Position: Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) Location: Based in Spring Hill, FL, serving patients in Hernando and Citrus County, FL. What You’ll Do: As a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA), you’ll be a vital part of the care team—supporting patients with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence. Note: This role involves multiple short visits throughout the day—not shift work or extended 12-hour cases. Whether you're just entering the home health field or bring years of experience, you’ll find a supportive and empowering environment at Concierge. You'll work independently with the full backing of our experienced clinical supervisors and collaborative team.
Requirements
- Completion of a Home Health Aide training program and competency evaluation meeting Medicare’s Conditions of Participation
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required)
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes throughout the day
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, bathing, and hands-on care in accordance with the patient's plan of care
- Accurately and promptly documenting each visit per agency policy
- Notifying the supervising RN of any changes in the patient’s condition
