About The Position

Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze data attained from the cash control and point of sale systems. Identify performance opportunities to enhance POS handling accuracy. Through research, identify the causes of poor performance. Writing and distributing written discipline to employees for over/shorts/outages. Communicating and updating policies and procedures between Operations and Cash Control. Communicating and forwarding documentation to Loss Prevention. Generate reports and communicate them appropriately. Conduct audits to ensure that corporate training/standards are being met. Facilitate various training classes. Other duties as assigned by management. Ideal Qualifications: Exceptional ability to communicate in both written and oral forms. Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis in Access and Excel. Ability to quickly learn various processes Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and holidays. Strong observation skills. Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Qualifications Physical requirements: Applicants must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Must be able to walk great distances and stand for up to 5 hours at a time.
