Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in horticulture or agriculture.
  • Proven success in hitting sales targets and working with wholesale/retail customers.
  • A passion for horticulture and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and order systems.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and ready to hustle!

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in Business, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Get out in the field, meeting both new and established customers across your region.
  • Build relationships, close deals, and make a name for yourself in the market.
  • Use samples and catalogs to demonstrate the benefits of our premium horticultural products.
  • Make a lasting impression on customers.
  • Handle everything from pricing and contracts to accurate order entry.
  • Ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide expert solutions that keep customers coming back.
  • Keep everything organized with accurate reporting and order tracking.
