HFA Service Specialists provides client relationship building partnerships with Advisor(s) and is responsible for the day-to-day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington, in terms of the establishment, documentation and maintenance of the relationship. Duties and Responsibilities: Day to day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington in terms of establishment, documentation, maintenance and servicing of the relationship, including the Digital Experience. Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts. Works directly with the client and/or relationship manager to obtain financial information or other documentation needed for new accounts, loans and servicing requests. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts. Builds an effective rapport with clients and Huntington personnel, including branch colleagues. Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts. Researches and resolves complex problems regarding service activities and operational issues. Assists the Advisors by processing and maintaining documentation, resolving discrepancies, and preparing for meetings and presentations. Prepares various internal reports, memos and correspondence. Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology, Digital Experience, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
