Requirements
- Certified as a HERS Rater.
- Knowledge of green building principles and sustainable construction practices.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct HERS ratings and energy assessments for multifamily residential buildings.
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and developers to optimize energy performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports with energy efficiency recommendations.
- Perform diagnostic tests including blower door and duct leakage tests.
- Stay current with industry standards and certifications.
