Functions as a contributing member of a health care team, which meets the needs of the patient through effective communication and commitment to quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of Hemodialysis Tech experience.
- Minimum Education Required: HS Diploma plus training acquired through work experience and education
- Licensure/Certification required upon hire: CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Tech) or Bonent Certification upon hire
- BLS CPR issued by the American Heart Association
