St. Anne Hospital is looking for a compassionate Hematology/Oncology locum to provide high quality, patient centered care for many types of cancer and blood disorders for a community based ambulatory clinic in Burin WA. Details below. Schedule/Availability Requirements: 8a-5pm - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - Site is flexible on the 3 days, please list the 3 days your provider can cover 12-15 shifts per month Facility Location: St. Anne Hematology/Oncology Clinic - The clinic is attached to the hospital via the skybridge. 16233 Sylvester Rd. SW, Suite 110 Burien, WA 98166 Setting: Community Outpatient Clinic Duties: Managing exisiting hematology and oncology patients for a physician who is Required Procedures: No procedure. EMR: EPIC, Beacon Patients per day: 12-15 Support Staff: RN and an MA . Reason for Coverage: Backfill current locum
