Requirements

• Active OK License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Case Logs

Responsibilities

• Patient examination
• Treatment Administration
• Supportive Care Plans & Symptom mgmt
• Patient Monitoring
• New Patient Consults of Hem & Onc referrals
• Coordinating w/ other healthcare professionals
• Hospital Rounds
• Maintaining accurate & detailed medical records
• Genetic testing
• early detection
• genetic counseling
