About The Position
We’re seeking motivated Helpers to support Operators on underground utility service jobs. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in underground pipe inspection, cleaning, testing, and rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction, field labor, or underground work is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn technical skills related to CCTV pipe inspection, jetting, hydro excavation, and utility testing.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow in the trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist Operators with job setup, equipment preparation, and day-to-day service tasks.
- Handle tools, hoses, cables, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas on job sites and in vehicles.
- Support loading and unloading of equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols, supervisor instructions, and jobsite procedures.
