About The Position

Hiring Immediately! Overtime Eligible Year-round, full-time employment with benefits Competitive Pay We are seeking a Helper/General Laborer with a strong focus on yard maintenance and landscaping to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the outdoor property. While other general maintenance tasks may be assigned, the majority of your time will be spent outdoors performing landscaping and groundskeeping duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of proven satisfactory work experience
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general outdoor maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR is required

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and painting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim hedges, remove weeds, and maintain outdoor areas
• Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of debris
• Perform seasonal landscaping tasks such as mulching, leaf removal, and planting
• Assist with interior and exterior painting projects as needed
• Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs
• Perform light repairs and maintenance on site fixtures and structures
• Support routine building and equipment maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
