About The Position

ForeFlight is looking for a friendly, approachable, and helpful extension of our Help Desk team that can directly assist ForeFlight employees and business partners based in Boulder, CO and Denver Metro area. Key Responsibilities: Operate as frontline desktop support for the Boulder/ Denver Metro area while collaborating with other Help Desk team members and IT manager to support the organization Responsible for procuring, preparing and maintaining end-user hardware. Onboard new employees and serve as “on-site” support for technical issues and/or troubleshooting Work on projects related to implementing/maintaining new software or service integrations Assist in the administration of various systems directly affecting business productivity and continuity Initiate and drive to execute, deliver, and complete projects independently, seeking advice and direction from team members when needed, and plowing ahead to completion when the path forward is clear Provide superior customer service and have an inclination toward being a team player. The ForeFlight HelpDesk team prides itself on the quality of support and service it provides and the ideal candidate for this position will need to take pride in their work in order to meet the bar.

Requirements

  • Required experience with Mac OS X and iOS
  • 1-3 years of Help Desk/IT experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • IT infrastructure monitoring
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Cisco Meraki, JAMF MDM
  • Basic Networking knowledge
  • Scripting
  • Pilot or aviation enthusiast preferred

Responsibilities
