About The Position

In this position, you will support the enterprise users and computers with tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues. You will install and maintain PC Desktop hardware and printers. You will have involvement in special projects. You will work on and resolve end user support tickets. We work together to take care of our customers, our communities, and each other. Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years enterprise desktop support

Responsibilities

  • PC preparation, installation and maintenance
  • Printer installation and configuration
  • PC and printer hardware repair
  • OS and application installation and configuration
  • Maintain necessary inventory of spare parts
  • Perform software and hardware audits
  • PC Network configuration
  • Project planning and documentation
  • Perform advanced PC troubleshooting
  • Provide excellent customer service
