About The Position

In this position, you will support the enterprise users and computers with tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues. You will install and maintain PC Desktop hardware and printers. You will have involvement in special projects. You will work on and resolve end user support tickets. Requirements

• Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years enterprise desktop support.

Responsibilities

• PC preparation, installation and maintenance
• Printer installation and configuration
• PC and printer hardware repair
• OS and application installation and configuration
• Maintain necessary inventory of spare parts
• Perform software and hardware audits
• PC Network configuration
• Project planning and documentation
• Perform advanced PC troubleshooting
• Provide excellent customer service
