Your Next Career Opportunity – Helpdesk Intern Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties. Assist users with technical PC and mobile-related issues. Answer calls and log user issues within the IT Database. Install and configure Microsoft Windows on PC hardware. Assist the desktop support team with various issues. Configuration and set up of locally and remotely deployed equipment. Assist with hardware inventory-related activities. Hardware-related Break-Fix on Lenovo products. Packing and shipping of equipment as needed. Virus-related support and removal as necessary. Other general desktop support-related activities. Assist with moving IT equipment for employee moves.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.
