About The Position

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Minimum Qualifications: 2 years demonstrated experience with the Multimedia Message Manager (M3), such as: Profile management Validating access to system Communities of Interest Demonstrated experience with access management operations, such as: PKI Trusted Agent activities Verifying security clearance information in JPAS or Scattered Castles Validating access using need-to-know applications (e.g., JEMS, NCTC, etc.) Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification procedures/decisions such as: Coalition/foreign partner support Foreign disclosure Intelligence dissemination Cross-domain operations Demonstrated understanding of organizational messaging in DoD or IC environments Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline Certifications / Clearance: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance Ability to obtain CI polygraph Additional Requirement: Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM Special Qualifications / Duties: Supports access management and user provisioning activities across intelligence systems Assists with profile management and validation of user access within Communities of Interest Verifies security clearance information and enforces access controls Supports PKI Trusted Agent functions Assists with handling classification and cross-domain access requirements Supports organizational messaging and communication processes
