Position Summary: Primary duties include end user technical support, including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, Phone support, printer support, and AV. This position is on-site and will support on-site and remote users. This position can be based in our NJ (Wood Ridge/Hasbrouck Heights) or Bronx office, but will require travel between the two. Position Summary: Provide Technical Assistance for computer hardware, software, Phones. Mobile devices and Printers/Copiers. Setup and Install Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Phones, Mobile Devices and peripheral equipment. Setup and Support Windows OS and Mobile Devices IOS and Android. Perform user account management within Active Directory and Office 365. Respond to support requests via email, phone or ticketing system. Travel to New Jersey offices (Wood Ridge) when required, flexibility to work nights and/or weekends as needed. Be willing to work outside of the standard business hours as necessary Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills Ability to multi-task while prioritizing service tickets accordingly Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and seek out resolution to software and hardware issues
