About The Position

Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our growing team.Responsible for providing initial and on-going IT (Internet Technology) Help Desk support for all Team Members either working at the clinics or from home. How you’ll make us better: Troubleshoot computer or network issues in a timely manner Explain computer issues to non-technical team members Effectively communicate with IT Team Members Troubleshoot Patient Management System issues Set up and maintain computer equipment as needed

Requirements

  • Basic teamwork Skills
  • Basic multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months previous Help Desk experience required; one (1) year preferred

Nice To Haves

  • COMPTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot computer or network issues in a timely manner
  • Explain computer issues to non-technical team members

  • Troubleshoot Patient Management System issues
  • Set up and maintain computer equipment as needed
