We are currently seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician in our IT Department. Duties include but are not limited to providing a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes diagnosing, maintaining and monitoring end-user workstations to ensure optimal workstation performance. The incumbent would also troubleshoot problem areas in person, by phone or via e-mail in a timely and accurate manner. This position is on-site and not remote.
