We're looking for a service-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our IT team and ensure smooth daily operations for staff across our programs. Job Summary: The Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support for all Unity House staff. This includes managing IT equipment, onboarding/offboarding employees, supporting video conferencing, maintaining inventory, and managing devices using Microsoft Intune.
