About The Position

Help Desk Team Lead Key Role: Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Applies specific functional knowledge, and working or general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, reviews or guides activities of junior employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with leading a help desk team
  • Experience with triaging tickets for a team
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with RHEL or Windows Server
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with Agile
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and clients across the program
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a scrum master
  • Experience with Jira workflows or automations
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Cloud formation, or Configuration as Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification
