We are seeking a Help Desk/System Support Technician to support the Information Systems department by providing first-line problem resolution for network180 system users, supporting in PC deployments, system monitoring and upgrades, and any network-related issues and upgrades. This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The individual in this position will participate in an on-call rotation. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503 with local travel.
