About The Position

Join a major enterprise initiative supporting a large-scale device transition project. This role involves assisting users with permissions, routing numbers, passwords, and PINs as part of a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program impacting thousands of lines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in help desk or service desk roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Windows 10, Office 365, and ServiceNow
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and occasional Saturday coverage
  • Must be willing to submit to background AND drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk and service desk support for device transitions
  • Handle phone support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Reset passwords and manage user permissions
  • Utilize ticketing systems (ServiceNow) to track and resolve requests
  • Support Windows 10 and Office 365 environments
