About The Position

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist with a large-scale device transition initiative impacting approximately 9,000 lines. This project will run throughout 2026 and involves supporting end-users with permissions setup, routing numbers, password and PIN assistance.

Requirements

  • Help Desk Support / Service Desk experience
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service and phone support
  • Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Password reset and account management
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and remote support for device transition issues.
  • Assist with permissions, routing numbers, passwords, and PIN resets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, and device setup.
  • Manage tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
