About The Position

The Help Desk Associate plays a key role within the Central Operations Team by monitoring order flow, supporting client requests, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing schedules.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, based on business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all Consumer, B2B, and Boutique orders to ensure accurate processing.
  • Ensure all orders are shipped on time and follow up with the warehouse when delays or issues arise.
  • Monitor Marketplace orders and take required actions within a timely manner.
  • Work with Operations teams to identify and resolve issues to ensure orders are shipped correctly.
  • Cancel orders per client request when applicable.
  • Work on client requests and communicate necessary actions to the warehouse or internal teams.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates directly to the client.
  • Raise flags on risks that could impact same‑day fulfillment or overall order performance.
  • Handle Meridian and Help Desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Escalate issues to the ISS team when orders are not flowing correctly or system errors occur.
  • Run internal and client‑requested reports.
  • Track trends in complaints and tickets to provide actionable analysis.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support process enhancements for greater efficiency.
