Our fast-paced medical office environment is one of the largest dermatology practices in the country, with plans for continued growth.ResponsibilitiesAs a Help Desk Technician, you will: Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and self-service requests. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, effectively communicating with end-users to understand and solve equipment problems. Set up, configure, and test computer equipment and peripherals. Maintain detailed records of customer issues, tracking each case through to resolution. Assist in software and hardware updates. Perform PC Moves/Adds/Changes as needed.
