The PENTA Building Group is searching for a Help Desk Support Engineer to join their team in the Pasadena, CA office. This is a fully in-person position. The Help Desk Support Engineer will manage daily IT support requests, set up new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android), and provide device troubleshooting and repair support for local Southern California region offices and construction jobsites. This role is highly people and service-oriented for both in-person and electronic users and teammates, and can be physically demanding at times for required equipment and system setup.
