The PENTA Building Group is searching for a Help Desk Support Engineer to join our team in our Pasadena, CA office! This position is fully in-person. The Help Desk Support Engineer will manage daily IT support requests, set up new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android), and provide device troubleshooting and repair support for our local Southern California region offices and construction jobsites.
