As a TechOps Support Specialist at Biofire, you will play a pivotal role in being the first point of contact for end user support. You will be troubleshooting issues, unblocking the team, and enabling our users to be their most effective. You will also be responsible for IT support, equipment and desk setup, onboarding and provisioning of users and their devices, and upkeeping technology throughout our office space. We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and responsive to contribute to our TechOps team and help maintain a robust and resilient IT environment that supports Biofire’s growth and mission. To succeed you will need to be able to deliver reliable solutions that help our team stay productive and improve their experience. You will need to be a resourceful problem-solver, who is eager to remove operational blockers and strengthen Biofire’s technical foundation.
