Responsibilities

Manage tickets received at the Help Desk in a prompt and courteous manner
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Troubleshoot operating systems and hardware issues on computers and mobile devices
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Manage company anti-virus software
Administer user accounts, group policy, and access guidelines
Set up and deploy hardware and core software for new hires and existing employees
Support IT functions and employees during the rollout of new technology (software, processes, or hardware upgrades)
Assist with IT support during mergers and acquisitions
