This position performs various complex tasks and is utilized to solve more difficult issues arising within the User Support Group. Troubleshoots and problems solve LAN issues. Performs tasks relating to the installation, management, and maintenance of Data and Voice networks. Answer incoming calls for the User Support group on a rotating basis, solve initial inquiries from end-user, and route highly complex issues to the appropriate resource.
