About The Position

This position performs various complex tasks and is utilized to solve more difficult issues arising within the User Support Group. Troubleshoots and problems solve LAN issues. Performs tasks relating to the installation, management, and maintenance of Data and Voice networks. Answer incoming calls for the User Support group on a rotating basis, solve initial inquiries from end-user, and route highly complex issues to the appropriate resource.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Degree/Certification in Computer Sciences or a related field (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in programing/interfacing (preferred)
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots user support inquires including but not limited to hardware, software, and telecommunication issues
  • Answers incoming calls to the User Support group on a rotating basis, solve initial inquiries from end-users, and route complex inquires to the appropriate resource
  • Provide excellent customer service internally, externally, and promote teamwork professionally, with a positive attitude following our customer service standards
