About The Position

Help Desk Representative The Opportunity: Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
  • Experience in resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, assisting with enterprise device provisioning, and maintaining IT asset tracking systems
  • Experience with Micro sof t Windows, macOS, and cloud-based IT support tools
  • Experience in IT troubleshooting met hodologies, ticketing system usage such as JIRA or ServiceNow, and customer service best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with incident resolution, remote desktop support, and end-user assistance
  • Experience coding using Java
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation Certification , or Micro sof t Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Asso cia te Certification
