Purpose of Position: Provide end-users with general technical support. Perform tasks as required in daily computer operations as scheduled. Support other areas of the IS department with installations and upgrades as required.

Requirements

One-year computer related experience required with technical proficiency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and administering personal computer hardware, software, and networked systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft software to include but not limited to MS Operating Systems and MS Office highly preferred.
Active Directory experienced preferred.
High School Degree required.
Must be bondable.
Must be flexible, self motivated, and able to work unusual/variable hours and schedules including but not limited to evenings, weekends, etc.
Must be accurate, dependable, and reliable.

Nice To Haves

Two years course work in computer science preferred.
Excellent communication, innovative thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking skills preferred.
Support experience preferred.
Certification preferred.
