About The Position

Management Applications, Inc., a leading provider of Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, Network Management, Design and Implementation is seeking high-level IT professionals to fill Help Desk and Network Operations Center Staff positions for a long-term contract based out of Georgetown County, SC (The positions will be in Dulles, VA). Public Safety and Administration C. 285 Hosted Desktop Users — Hosted Desktop D. 17 Multi use computers—Managed Services E. 83 Computers — Managed Services F. 120 Public Safety devices — Managed Services G. 32 servers—Blending of Hosted Desktop and Managed Services Private Cloud hosted desktop solution Microsoft Office Version Standardization Standard, Professional and additional individual Office Applications New World Systems Met Application Email Server (Outlook Exchange) Patriot Systems Software (Collect Pro, Assess Pro) Support: Fire Systems, ESRI GIS, AutoCad Civil 3D, Network Print Server Provisioning of the County's IBM A/S 400 (15) Courts Applications (Local CJIS) Support of network (Switches, routers, firewalls, access points, etc...) Support of existing workstations Security (Understand and provide IT best practices recommendations) Email (configuration and support of server, desktop and mobile devices) Full backup and Disaster Recovery services on Private Cloud Hosted Desktop Support of existing Data Backup used for premise based systems Provide Help Desk services and provide incident response levels and escalation processes (current Help Desk utilizes JitBit) Support of existing VOIP phone system and voice mail

  • Full backup and Disaster Recovery services on Private Cloud Hosted Desktop
  • Support of existing Data Backup used for premise based systems
  • Provide Help Desk services and provide incident response levels and escalation processes (current Help Desk utilizes JitBit)
