Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Help Desk Lead to join the team. He/she will play a critical role as the in-between for the front line Help Desk technicians, and the management team. The Help Desk Lead provides immediate support for ticketing escalations beyond Tier 1 and is responsible for cohesion and direction of the Help Desk team. Candidates for this role should have extensive experience with and managing a ticketing system for Tier 1 issues, but have the expertise to assist with Tier 2 issues as well.
