About The Position

Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Help Desk Lead to join the team. He/she will play a critical role as the in-between for the front line Help Desk technicians, and the management team. The Help Desk Lead provides immediate support for ticketing escalations beyond Tier 1 and is responsible for cohesion and direction of the Help Desk team. Candidates for this role should have extensive experience with and managing a ticketing system for Tier 1 issues, but have the expertise to assist with Tier 2 issues as well.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of Help Desk experience.
  • Strong understanding/experience with Microsoft O365.
  • Tier 1-2 troubleshooting experience.
  • Managerial/ supervisor experience- specifically with managing schedules, setting operational direction, and providing support when needed for escalated issues.
  • Overall, he/she needs to possess a strong passion for IT and willingness to assist others.
