About The Position

Someone who has experience supporting Microsoft Azure server hosting, Office365 related issues, networking, laptop/desktop or software related support issues Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Azure server hosting and Office 365 applications. Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Assist with network connectivity and system access issues. Install, update, and support various software applications. Document support activities and resolutions in a help desk system. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
