Our client is seeking a Bilingual help desk analyst to provide IT support to end user across North America. This position will be onsite 5 days a week in the Greensboro location. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve technical issues for products and services. - Deliver prompt, professional support to customers through phone, email, and chat. - Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to address their concerns. - Escalate advanced or specialized issues to the appropriate support teams. - Record all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the help desk system. - Conduct follow-ups to confirm full resolution and customer satisfaction.
