About The Position

Market America a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking a Help Desk Administrator for our IT Team. Position Summary Provides first level on-site technical and administrative support for all company users, including software and hardware, office printers, Internet, telephone, and VOIP system for Windows and MAC Operating environments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two to three years experience in Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications, Active Directory, and computer hardware.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient use of MS office Products, PC Hardware, and Terminal Emulation software.
  • Above moderate levels of service orientation and troubleshooting,
  • Moderate levels of English reading comprehension, speaking, and writing; active listening; critical thinking; and complex problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to computer-related requests to ensure user productivity.
  • Installs necessary software and upgrades, printers, and voice systems on new and existing employees workstations.
  • Relocates hardware to required locations and ensures accurate access levels.
  • Manages the Help Desk Queue to ensure timely and accurate changes.
  • Records software and hardware inventory to accurate indicate level.
  • Creates and maintains all network accounts
  • Troubleshoots computer-related issues to effectively resolve problems.
  • Travel to other locations and events for support, as needed
  • Provides on-call support.
