About The Position

Our client is growing and looking for a Diesel Technician</b> to service and maintain a mixed fleet of heavy construction equipment used across active job sites and yard operations. Requirements

• 3+ years of diesel technician or heavy equipment mechanic experience </p></li>
• Strong hydraulic, electrical, and engine diagnostics knowledge </p></li>
• Ability to service multiple brands and machine types </p></li>
• Experience in construction, civil, or heavy industrial environments preferred </p></li>
• CDL or ability to obtain is a plus </p></li>
• Basic welding or fabrication experience is a bonus </p></li></ul>

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components </p></li>
• Perform field service calls and shop -based repairs on heavy machinery </p></li>
• Conduct preventative maintenance, fluid checks, and component replacements </p></li>
• Use diagnostic tools/software (CAT ET, Cummins Insite, John Deere Service Advisor, etc.) </p></li>
• Maintain service logs and communicate equipment status with supervisors </p></li>
• Troubleshoot issues involving hydraulics, DEF systems, emissions, and drivetrains </p></li>
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations on and off the jobsite </p></li></ul>
