About The Position

BA Global Talent is seeking a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as an On-Site Heavy Equipment Salesperson in Miami, FL. In this role, you will play a key part in driving company growth by selling heavy machinery and providing essential equipment solutions to a diverse client base through door-to-door and outbound sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, heavy machinery, or a combination of both.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with machinery. Backgrounds in industrial, construction, or agricultural equipment will be considered.
  • Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents and data neatly.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish or Italian is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Actively engage prospects through door-to-door visits and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
  • Documentation: Extract relevant information from client interactions and input data accurately into the company’s internal electronic systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of service and technical clarity.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining the security of sensitive client information.
