Heavy Equipment Operators - Nevada Mining Project (21/7 Rotation | 7-Month Project)
About The Position
We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 7-month large-scale mining project in Northern Nevada, operating on a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation. This role is ideal for traveling operators and road crews looking for long rotations, consistent overtime, and strong weekly earnings. Morgan has over 40 years of experience, completing over 5400 heavy civil projects with a workforce of more than 1000 skilled professionals. Requirements
- 3+ years operating experience in mining or heavy civil
- MSHA Part 48 (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work extended rotations in remote locations
Nice To Haves
- Experience with haul roads, pads, or large earthworks preferred
