Heavy Equipment Operators - Nevada Mining Project (21/7 Rotation | 7-Month Project)
About The Position
We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 7-month large-scale mining project in Northern Nevada operating on a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation. This role is ideal for traveling operators and road crews looking for long rotations, consistent overtime, and strong weekly earnings. Over the past 40+ years, Morgan has completed over 5400 heavy civil projects and has a growing workforce of more than 1000 skilled professionals. Requirements
- 3+ years operating experience in mining or heavy civil
- MSHA Part 48 (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work extended rotations in remote locations
Nice To Haves
- Experience with haul roads, pads, or large earthworks preferred
Responsibilities
- Operating Dozers (D6–D10)
- Operating Excavators (20T–90T)
- Operating Rock Trucks (40T–100T)
- Operating Graders (14M–16M)
Benefits
