About The Position
We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support commercial civil projects. Multiple openings are available for operators experienced in site development, underground utilities, and roadway work. What You'll Do as a Heavy Equipment Operator: Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and motor graders Perform pipe installation support, pond cutting, clearing, grading, and roadway preparation Follow grade using Trimble GPS systems Maintain production efficiency and safety compliance Work closely with foremen and field crews
Requirements
- 3+ years operating heavy equipment in site development
- Experience with one or more: excavator, motor grader, dozer, loader
- Trimble GPS machine control experience
- Ability to read site plans and follow grade
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- DOT roadway experience (especially for motor grader operators)
- Experience in underground utility installation support
- Experience with finish grading
