Requirements

A proven leader with experience in excavation and site operations.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and equipment operation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans with confidence.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of excavation crews.
Inspect job sites, equipment, and progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to plan project procedures.
Order and track materials and supplies as needed.
Accurately locate, measure, and mark site locations for structures and equipment.
Coordinate work activities with other crews and project stakeholders.
Assign tasks based on crew needs and material requirements.
Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
Manage project timelines to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Maintain equipment service and maintenance logs.
Report any accidents or incidents to management promptly.
