Heavy Civil Construction Foreman Location: Oahu, Hawaiʻi Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Department: Civil Compensation: $55–$65/hour base + prevailing wage differential (significantly higher total comp) The Opportunity This Is Not a “Just Keep the Crew Busy” Foreman Role. As a Civil Foreman, you are a culture carrier of these values on every jobsite you lead. What You’ll Do You are the tip of the spear — translating plans into action and expectations into results. You’ll lead crews on complex underground utility work, coordinate daily production, enforce safety without compromise, and serve as the critical link between the field and management. Why Alpha?
