About The Position

The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, cranes, and excavators. In addition to mechanical work, this role will also involve operating and maneuvering heavy equipment as needed. BENEFITS Solvere offers a comprehensive and generous benefits package. Requirements

Five (5 ) years of professional experience hauling oversized loads to include: Experience adhering to local oversize hauling regulations.
Mechanical experience.
Two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following: Launching and recovering of small watercraft. Conducting repairs and preventative maintenance on boat trailers, forklifts and trucks
A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Maintain and possess Class A CDL.
Maintain and possess Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) endorsement on CDL and/or forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, cranes, and excavators.
Operating and maneuvering heavy equipment as needed.
Hauling oversized loads
Load securing
