Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic Starting at $25+ per hour! BENEFITS YOU’LL ENJOY: Typical work schedule Monday-Friday After-hours calls- rotating on-call schedule to cover emergency after-hours service calls Full-time and part-time positions available Health Insurance ($900/$1,800 deductible plans) 401K Plan (100% company match up to 7%) Dental Insurance Life Insurance Weekly pay Paid time off (Vacation, holidays) WHAT YOU’LL DO: Conduct accurate and thorough inspections to diagnose mechanical issues on heavy duty commercial motor vehicles Perform high quality work in the following areas: Suspension Brakes Steering Wheel ends Alignments Wheel Seals Wiring King-pins Increase repeat business by gaining the trust and confidence of customers through high quality, timely work and by honoring customer commitments Personal Attributes Reliable and honest – shows up on time and believes in providing service with integrity Independent and hardworking - enjoys working with little direction and takes ownership over work Team orientation - sets a good example of customer service and top quality mechanical service for current and new technicians Professional flexibility – able to work with equipment from a wide variety of manufacturers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a steering and suspension Mechanic
• Proficient stick welding skills – steel or aluminum
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a relatively clean driving record in the past three years and valid drivers' license

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and thorough inspections to diagnose mechanical issues on heavy duty commercial motor vehicles
• Perform high quality work in the following areas: Suspension, Brakes, Steering, Wheel ends, Alignments, Wheel Seals, Wiring, King-pins
