As a Heater Test/Os Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of a microscope for detailed inspection work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Performing welding of test leads using a capacitance discharge resistance welder
- Measure and verify cold resistance on each potted cathode assembly
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- 2+ Years of Manufacturing experience
- Strong background in manufacturing, production, or plant operations
- Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process
