We're hiring Autonomous Driving Test Operators for our Las Vegas facility and can start qualified candidates ASAP! Join Motional's growing fleet operation team, where you'll play a critical role in testing and validating our self-driving vehicle technology on real roads. If you have a clean driving record, and are ready to be part of the future of transportation, apply today for immediate consideration. The city’s grid system of roads and being one of America’s “smart cities” allows for extensive research and development testing. Mission: Our Autonomous Driving Test Operators serve as the “eyes and ears” on the road for the engineering teams, providing subjective feedback and objective data as they navigate various real-world driving environments to validate the Autonomous Driving features. Our Test Operators are expected to hold safety at the highest level while operating, testing, and maintaining our Autonomous Vehicle Fleet (AVs). They also have strong attention to detail, have a curious mindset while questioning the ‘why’ of things, and must be able to quickly and concisely describe their thoughts and move on to the next observation.
