About The Position

Primary Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce parts within specified tolerances and production schedules Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance are met Set up machines, fixtures, and controls to regulate temperature, pressure, and speed Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while following all company and HSE policies

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and strong attendance record
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the company

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce parts within specified tolerances and production schedules
Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance are met
Set up machines, fixtures, and controls to regulate temperature, pressure, and speed
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while following all company and HSE policies
Measure, mark, and record temperatures and reference points on materials and workpieces
Select, align, and secure fixtures; stamp position numbers as required
Input and adjust machine programs and controls to meet production requirements
Observe machine operations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime
Assist with stenciling, cleaning, and supporting other operators to ensure smooth production flow
Train new employees and support cross-training across departments
