About The Position

The Heat Press Machine Operator is responsible for producing a quality garment in a timely fashion by following a production spec sheet and/or art sheet using a Hotronix Heat Press Machine to apply logos, names & numbers to jerseys & other apparel. Additionally, this position requires the individual to follow direction to ensure product meets customer expectations, maintain acceptable quality and productivity, while keeping a clean and safe work area, be reliable, work well with others and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Be detail-oriented in nature and apply this to all produced product
The ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stress
Sound organizational, records management, time management skills, and attention to detail
A high school diploma or GED
A minimum of two years of experience with embroidery machines or related experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Produces accurate quality decorated garments using Hotronix Heat Press Machine
Follows the direction on production specification sheet and/or art sheet provided for each customer order
Maintains a clean organized work area
Functions well as part of a team with the entire production department
Assists in the development and/or institutes new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of products
Assists other production areas when needed
Assists Laser operator in weeding material
